Teknologi tidak hanya berperan sebagai alat bantu, tetapi menjadi bagian integral dalam membentuk pola pikir, perilaku, dan sistem pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap tuntutan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan memahami peran teknologi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia serta mengeksplorasi strategi optimal untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang inklusif, efektif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau studi pustaka, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, prosiding, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan dengan topik teknologi pendidikan dan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia mampu meningkatkan interaktivitas, kreativitas, dan literasi digital peserta didik. Teknologi juga mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh, memperluas akses pendidikan, serta mendorong munculnya paradigma pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kolaboratif. Namun demikian, tantangan masih muncul terkait kesenjangan akses digital dan kompetensi teknologi pendidik. At Al Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon, the integration of digital tools into the management of tahfidz learning has become an essential strategy to improve both efficiency and effectiveness in memorizing the Qur’an. Digital applications, such as mobile-based Qur’an memorization platforms, audio recording tools, and online supervision systems, provide teachers and students with easier access to resources, real-time monitoring, and personalized learning pathways. These technologies also support students in repeating their memorization independently, enabling them to strengthen and maintain the quality of their hifz. In addition, digital technology contributes to more structured data management for teachers, allowing them to track students’ progress, evaluate common mistakes, and design targeted interventions. Despite these advantages, the implementation of digital tools still requires adequate digital literacy, strong institutional support, and careful adaptation to maintain the spiritual and traditional values that characterize tahfidz learning. In the contemporary digital era, technology plays a crucial role in enhancing students' learning experiences and deepening their understanding of religious sciences. This qualitative study employs an interview-based methodology, engaging with educators, administrators, and students to comprehensively assess the technological landscape of PAI instruction. The findings reveal that Madrasah Aliyah Tunas Scholar has successfully implemented various internet-based learning platforms and applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint for content delivery, Quizizz for interactive assessments, Google Classroom for learning management, and other complementary digital tools. These technologies facilitate student-centered learning environments that prioritize active engagement and collaborative learning spaces. The research demonstrates that technology integration significantly contributes to innovative pedagogical approaches, fostering critical thinking skills and transforming students' cognitive development in understanding Islamic teachings. The outcome-based learning framework adopted by the institution emphasizes measurable learning achievements while promoting collaborative knowledge construction among students. The utilization of ICT not only supports teachers in delivering learning materials but also contributes to various aspects of professionalism and teaching effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the functions and contributions of ICT in supporting teacher performance and its impact on the quality of the teaching and learning process. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study technique that refers to various scientific sources related to the use of ICT in education. The results indicate that ICT plays a significant role in supporting teachers’ tasks, including: (1) facilitating the delivery of learning materials in a more interactive, engaging manner and aligned with students’ learning styles; (2) improving efficiency in administrative tasks, data management, and classroom organization through digital platforms; (3) expanding access to more diverse and up-to-date learning resources; (4) simplifying the implementation of learning evaluation and assessment through technology-based systems; and (5) fostering more effective collaboration and communication between teachers, students, and fellow educators. The optimal use of ICT can enhance the quality of teacher performance in designing, implementing, and evaluating instruction. Utilizing interviews and observations, this research reveals that Google Classroom enhances the learning experience by allowing students to access materials and submit assignments easily, even without a teacher present. However, it also identifies challenges, such as the difficulty teachers face in monitoring student understanding, as these platforms primarily function as repositories for educational resources such as files, videos, and presentations. This research highlights the important role of media in influencing student engagement and learning outcomes. It emphasizes four main indicators for assessing the effectiveness of educational media: teaching quality, teaching suitability, incentives for learning, and time management. The findings show that technology, especially Google Classroom, significantly contributes to making learning more interactive and accessible, thereby increasing students' motivation and focus during lessons.
